Goods are normally delivered by Australia Post, however we reserve the right to use alternate carriers as required.
The customer is responsible for all delivery costs. Delivery costs will be calculated and included during checkout.
Responsibility and ownership of the goods passes to the purchaser immediately upon delivered to the carrier. Any claim for loss or damage of products is the responsibility of the purchaser and should be reported to the carrier.
Once an order has proceeded through checkout, any additional orders will be treated as separate orders and incur appropriate delivery charges.
Items may be shipped in more than one delivery.
Delivery times are subject to the delivery schedules of our carriers, but are normally delivered within 3 - 7 business days. If no one is available to accept delivery, a card may be left at the address notifying of the collection point. It is the purchasers responsibility to collect the package within the stated period. If the package is returned to The Grout Doktor, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Any damage or incorrect product must be notified to The Grout Doktor within 2 business days from the date of delivery. You must contact The Grout Doktor prior to returning any product.
Nothing in these terms is to be interpreted as excluding, restricting or modifying or having the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying the application of any State or Federal legislation applicable to the sale of goods or supply of services which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified
